i remember when i was little i used to do karate and in elementary they always made you sit crosslegged. but i havent done it in a long time and i absolutely cannot sit crosslegged properly at all. the most flexible thing i can do is just bend over and reach my toes which is sad.is that normal for a guy tho? i feel like every young person can sit crosslegged. what methods do pple use to build up to it?
