Question:

How bad is it to have an irregular sleep schedule?

my sleep schedule is all fcuked up. 2 nights ago i got like 5 hours of sleep and woke up at 9, then i took a 2 hour nap later that day. then yesterday i got like 6 hours of sleep. then today i slept in until 3 and got like 11 hours. is it bad for my health?

  1. yea mine sucks too but when I do get sleep straight I do so much better in school and sports and everything. try.

    and seeing as I'm awake and it's 1 in the morning I guess that I'm pretty much a hypocrite. Good night!

  3. well i don't know how bad it is but mine gets like that too so what i do is just pull an all nighter and do whatever you can do to stay awake then the next night go to bed a little earlier than normal and it will be on track again.

  4. I have the same problem as you.

    I hate sleeping,  so I never go to bed until at least 5 in the morning.

    Quite often I go without sleeping for an entire day.

  5. I have had the same sleep schedule since I was 17. I go to sleep some time between 4am and 5am. ( I'm an artist and am my most creative late at night) I get up at noon, do my shopping, cooking and whatever.

    My friends have adjusted to my schedule so they don't call me before noon.

    I was told long ago how bad it was for my health to be up all night, they were very wrong. I could not be healthier.

    So long as your sleep schedule feels good to you that's really all that matters.

    We all have different body clocks.
