How bad is...?

a 38inch acoustic guitar...i mean i want to learn to play guitar so i begun searching for a beginners' guitar. Then i found out most of the 38inch acoustic guitars are reeeeaaaaally cheap! Does that mean they are bad? How are they different from other guitars?

Not necessarily. And if you're just learning guitar, it's probably a good idea to buy a cheap one anyway in case you decided that you don't want to play or it breaks.
