How bad is the building work in benidorm near the rosamar hotel?

Friend was there last month, minor disruption during the day but no building work during the weekend.

there is always building work going on in benidorm but it never seems to cause any problems. dont worry!

I stayed at the Rosamar last November and it was the car park opposite belonging to the Ambassador that was being done (no probs)

I went again in February and stayed in the Ambassador and not really any probs either,although i wouldn't want to stay on the ground floor. As for the Rosamar if that's the building work you are talking about then i can't see that it will affect you really. (Unless of course something else is going on that i don't know about)  

It will be lovely anyway as if you are like me you won't be sat around the hotel all day in 30 degrees! Happy Hols
