How bad is the rain in Cancun Mexico?

Im going to cancun next weekend and saw the weather on the weather channel.com and for friday and sunday they have scattered shower...on saturday straight rain...im so pissed..money don't grow on trees u know how severe is the rain in tropic islands like these let me know people I appreciate all of y'all feedback...have a great weekend everybody

Greetings from Cancun!

Cancun is considered a "Tropical Desert". Usually this area only has very few days of rain per year...and if it does...it will rain for an hour...just enough to raise the humidity...Out of 365-days...roughly 62-days of non-sunny days. Not bad when you think of it.

It doesn't matter what the "weather channel" says or what has happened historically the fact is this...

Mother Nature always has her way.

No worries about the rain anyway...there are still loads of things to do in Cancun...best part?...you are on "vacation."

hmmm... yeah ... rain could be so bad, but also, it could finish really fast. it's random, as many things in life.

if you stay in a hotel, you can have a relaxed time. try to go to Xcaret, and dive in the river cave, eventhough is raining is fantastic!

Well I don't know what weather channel you are referring to but I can assure you that there is no rain in sight and not even a cloud for at least the next 5 days

Well the rain could be bad. Depending on the weather. The weather channel might change by the time u leave to Cancun.
