How bad is the weather in Cancun in June/July?

I know its summertime, but is it unbearably hot????

June and July are very hot. September is hurricane season. You don't have to worry about storms or rain in June or July, and when it does rain it doesn't last long.

Not so hot in Cancun as it has a more consistent. climate.

What you do have to consider are the storms in the summer and when they start naming them you best beware. "Wilma " 'Mitch" to name a couple.

I dont understand the attraction in the summer.

I've been to Cancun twice in June.  It's not all that hot (usually mid to upper 80's), but the humidity will make it feel like it's a hundred degrees out!  Take plenty of sunblock because the sun is different there.  Oh and ummm...if you like to wear your curly hair straight...forget about it!

IT IS NOT BAD AT ALL I WENT IN THE SUMMER EARLY JUNE AND I THOUGHT THE WEATHER WAS GOING TO BE SUPER HOT BUT IT WAS NOT. IT WAS PERFECT FOR THE BEACH AND WALKING AROUND TO DESTINATIONS. I LOVED IT I WILL BE RETURNING
