How bad is this, I dont want to sound crazy but In my left eye I can see a little black dot floating...?

In every way that my eye moves it floats slowly in the direction of my eye...

Theres nothing on my eye I've checked, and it seems I cant see it all the time but It comes up a lot

I had this happen to me once, my eye was slightly sore on the side when I touched it, and I kept seeing a black dot. I went to the doctor and I had a eye infection. He gave me some drops and it was better in about a week.

It's probably a floater, or a floating piece of protein in your eye. As far as I know its fairly harmless.

Sounds like a "floater". Floaters are particles or cloudy sections inside the eye fluid itself. They're more common as you get older and can last up to several years. There's no known remedy for them, but they eventually fade away. That said, you should probably get an eye check anyway, just to be safe.
