How bad was that BBQ duck i just ate for dinner?

It was pretty much drowning in fat but I have 0 willpower so i ate about 2 serves of it! lol. does anybody have an idea about how many calories i consumed??

I wouldn't know exactly how many calories it has but you could try googling calorie counter and see if you can find out.
