How badly can strong tornadoes damage steel reinforced concrete buildings?

I'm pretty sure some of these structures are almost leveled by strong tornadoes, though I am not positive.

  1. depends on the strength of the tornado.

    f1 - f4 maybe not.

    f5 probably will. those can destroy pretty much anything.


  2. my house is 10cm thick poured concrete walls and survived 200 mph typhoon wind gusts last summer (145 sustained) without any damage. that's about the equivilant of an F3 so it probably does decent in a F4 tornado, maybe a few cracks and definitely some busted windows. not so sure about a F5, not much can survive that
