How badly has a fast food place screwed your order up?

Did you go back and complain? I've been shorted and been given much more than I asked for, or the total order was messed up.

Once at Jack-In-The-Box, I orded a cheeseburger, I got a cheeseburger wrapper, but in it was a dry chicken sandwich. I tried to eat it but I just gagged. Another they forgot to give me my curly fries.

Not really, i mean they might have missed out a burger, or added in some fries. Give them a break people.

This is the main reason why I don't order drive-thru; I walk in and order it "to go" instead.

Okay... My parents asked for 8 hamburgers and we got 5 and we asked for 3 BBQ packets we got 0 we asked for 5 cups and got 4 cups my dad went to complain and the person said it'll will never happen again sir ( my dad's really nice and strong and TALL .... 6 ft5 ) And it never happened again (At least.there it never happened again)

Umm. Wendys I got a chicken sandwich, and instead I recieved a baconaitor . Through the drive thru too. So I had to turn around and go in and get my chicken sandwich.

Well let's see i went to mc donalds and i asked for a Chicken selects meal and they gave me the chicken but no fries or drink and also i got a chicken wrap and a big mac!

At Jack in the Box, I ordered small curly fries, and I got the small regular cut fries. I came up and got a large curly one for free. The in my double cheeseburger on sourdough bread had stands of hair on it, and I received a new one for free with a drink of my choice. Someone dropped melted cheese, and picked it up with a spatula on the ground! Then they used the same spatula to turn my burger without washing it! Good thing I video taped it, so I had a free meal.

At Chick fill a, I ordered a 7 combo. That was a busy day, so there was a lot of people behind me. Then all the people behind me got their order before me! I came up and asked why, they said they were sorry and gave me a free dessert/appetizer of my choice.

At Sonic same thing as the Chick fill a, but this time they gave me LOTS of coupons, and my meal was free!

I have never had anything really bad happen, besides an attitude issue or two. Yes I complain. Normally they either forget something in the order or they put mayo or some kinda sauce on my burger. I always call and get it replaced or go back that same night if I am not to far from the place. I have no shame in making them replace my food. Accidents happen..but I still need to eat. I also take back the food that's wrong..I don't need it.

I got home from Jack in The Box and half the food I ordered was not there, then I went back and they tried to give me the bag they forgot 15 minutes later with the same stank food in it!

I went to McDonald's once and ordered a plain hamburger. (Pretty simple, right?) We got our bag at the drive through window and went on down the road. As we drove, I opened up my hamburger and realized it was a cheese burger! We drove back, and Went through the drive through again, and asked them to replace it with a PLAIN hamburger. Again, they gave us a cheese burger! We finally went inside and asked for the manager. We complained to him, and I finally got my hamburger, no cheese.

I've also gone to McDonald's and ordered a Coke and been given an iced tea. This happened to me twice! I don't have very much luck at McDonald's... LOL

I only had an order mixed up once, and it was kinda nice. I was going through the drive through at McDonalds and ordered a quarter pounder and Big Mac meal. when I got to the window I was given my two drinks and 4 bags, which I thought was odd but I though maybe the extra bags where for fries (since I got them super sized and they would be big) and I though the 4th bag was for napkins, and McChicken sauce. I didn't bother checking since I was taking it home for me and my BF. when we opened the bags we got 2 double big macs, 2 quarter pounders, 3 cheese burgers and 3 super size fries plus enough McChicken sauce to last forever. It was kind of a nice s***w up I guess since we got extra food but I couldn't take it back because I had to borrow my car to a friend. It was such a crazy s***w up...I mean from 2 meals that much extra food? it was kind of amazing

we were going on a road trip so we stopped at mcdonalds.  we ordered our lunch at the drive-thru and was off.  i know we should have checked the food before we left but we were in a hurry.  anyway we ordered burgers and fries and ended up with breakfast burritos, and cinnamon rolls, the one plus they did get our drinks right.  no we didn't go back and complain-- its not worth the fight.  it doesn't really matter they're gonna s***w up again anyways.

once in macdonalld i ordered big mac with extra onions and i got 2 meat patties with whole bunch of onions and pickles i didnt complain tho cuz i was too pissed when i finded out and was on my lunch brake so i couldent go back either way.
