Being Young means

may not be at the Age... but at Heart/energy leveles/attitude

well you need to be enthusiastic and leading in the career... which is often lacked by the middle aged managers and it can be fairily seen in young chaps.. who just out of college.. they are bubbling with energy & attitute to achieve something

and smartness is..

where there is a will there is a way..

if you want to get something done... you will keep thinking alternate ways of solving problems that come across your goal.. until you acheive it

Smartness is berry impotent. If you are he and are also having smartness and young then you can be smartness for a berry long time. He can have a job for a berry long time because you have smartness. This is impotent.
