How best to start rugby?

Question

I assume i shouldn't just turn up at a local training ground so what should i do? Bearing in mind i haven't played in ages and might make a fool of myself.

yeah just join a club, they will teach you how to play and the more practices u go to the better Ur skills will be. this is my first yeah of playing rugby from know nothing on how to play rugby. 6 months down the line now and i have been on the starting 15 a couple of times for my club coming from bench and just learning and i am enjoying it so much now. to help u a bit more. try to improve in Ur muscles and strengh. it might help u quite a bit.
