How big can the largest family in the world can be(if it exists)?Can the distant kinsman be included?

PARENTS,GRANDPARENTS,BROTHERS,SISTERS,CO... COUSINS,PARENTS'BROTHERS AND SO ON...??!!!

CAN IT HAVE UP TO 100 PEOPLE MORE OR LESS?

There is no telling.,  It depends a lot on what you define as family.  How far back do you consider a cousin part of the family.

As you go back, your ancestry pyramids.  If you get back 10 generations, you are directly descended from over a thousand people.  If you get back 20 generations, you are directly descended from over a million people.  Just imagine how many cousins you have when you get back 20 generations.

including grandparents cousins etc, it could be much more than 100.

I have 6 siblings.

IF each of my 6 siblings had 7 kids, and i did, there'd be 49 of just us, plus my parents = 51, plus our spouses, 58, plus my grandmother, 59, plus cousins, etc.

That's the world's population, of course.  We're all related.

DNA research shows that every person alive today descends from the same female ancestor who lived about 140,000 years ago. She wasn't the only woman alive at the time, but she's the only one whose descendants have survived until today.  (The other women's lines eventually died out).  

Since we can all trace our origins back to this one lady, that makes us all cousins.  One big happy family!  Luckily, we aren't expected to buy birthday gifts for all of them.

Yes it is possible! I have over 200 living cousins and counting. This happends when Great-grand parents decide to have 10 kids so they can get a boy.

100 is easy to get to, I can get to more than 100 people and only trace back to my great-grandparents

100 people is relatively easy I have traced and met up with 6th Cousins, remember if you count back in generations then you double your direct blood ancestors (in Theory at least) two parents, 4 Grandparents etc,  if you can go back 10 generations then you have a possible 1024 direct blood relatives, that does not count Siblings, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins etc.
