How big can your carry on be on a carnival cruise?

any other info regarding luggage limitations? can you bring a case of water and soda? do you put it in your carry on or in your checked luggage?any carry on restrictions?

The limitations for a suitcase is 4 bags per person, each bag weighing no more than 50 pounds each.  You can bring a case of water or soda onboard, and you can put it in your suitcase as long as it doesn't go over the limitations. You can put it in your carry on as well, just keep in mind that you will have to keep that with you until your cabin is ready.  There is no limit for your carry on, again just remember that you have to keep it with you until you can put it away in your cabin.

Pretty much, as big as you can carry. lol.  Yes you can bring water and soda, either checked or carry on.

The only restrictions are the obvious ones, like no weapons, drugs, explosives, etc

How big do you want it to be?  There a a lot of passengers now days that carry all their bags on and then when its time to leave they don't have to wait for their bags to be off loaded. You can bring your own water if you want.  Cruise ships water is better to drink than what you get on land.  You can also bring soda  but Cruise lines sell unlimited soft drink cards. Price is not bad if that's all you drink.
