  1. 10-15 inches from shoulder to ground. A beagle is a medium sized dog.

  2. Beagles comes in two height varieties 13 in and 15 in

  3. Well, My dog is a Beagle Husky mix and she is full grown and only 21lbs.

EDIT: Oh yeah I forgot to add this link :: http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/

Tells you almost everything about any breed.

  4. my friend has a beagle, he is about as big as my spaniel which is quite small, probably to your calf in height. They are really hypo dogs, well my friends is and she cant let him off the lead either as his nose goes down to sniff and he is off she cant get him back til he is ready, i think that beagles and renound for that though. They are such gorgeous dogs though!

  5. have a look at a website called www.petplanet.co.uk and have a look at breed profiles go to beagle infact ill do it my self follow the link below

    http://www.petplanet.co.uk/dog_breed_pro...

  6. Depending on the Beagle. Some get to only 10" while others can grow up to 15". Some in between those two numbers.  Normally the pups will be around the same height as their parents, so if your looking for a 13" Beagle, just look for that size in parents.

Beagles are an awsome breed. I have a Beagle/Dauschund cross and they are a very loyal breed =)

  7. I think 13-15 inches go to here http://www.akc.org/breeds/beagle/index.c...

  8. Should not be any higher that 14 - 15 inches to the shoulder at the most.  Call the breeder you are getting the pup from and ask if it is ok for you to come and see her dogs.  That way you can ask about the breed, and how you should care for it as it grows.

You should also get a puppy starter pack with your puppy, which has information on the breed, and a few days supply of the food the breeder feeds it on.

Good luck with your new puppy, I hope you share years of fun and love.
