  1. If you have a standard orange tree I don't believe they ever stop growing. I have seen them in Yuma that were easily 30 feet tall and they were about 30 years of age.  I have 3 in my yard and they're 15 feet in height. They would be higher but every 3 years or so we have a severe frost and it freezes the top 5 or 6 feet of the tree. So, the weather prunes them for me.

I believe the diameter of a full grown orange tree is closer to 16 feet or so.  Plus you have to allow a couple of feet for one to move around them picking all that fruit.

  2. Outside only in a warm climate; Florida, Texas, Calif., etc., they will grow to an average heighth of 15 ft., brances spread to about 10 ft.,  unless trimmed to a more compact shape.  Mine is about 15 years old and has about lived it's useful life, bearing fruit.

  3. The orange tree, reaching 25 ft (7.5 m) or, with great age, up to 50 ft (15 m), has a rounded crown of slender branches.
