Since you are dealing with a mutt/ mixed breed, there is no way of knowing how big one will get.  It could be the size of a beagle or the size of a pug or anywhere in between those sizes.  Because this is a mix of recessive genes, the mixed bred pup can also be smaller or larger than either of the two breeds used.  And if this dog is from a puggle to puggle breeding, all bets are off and anything can happen.  This is why most people will actually get purebred dogs since you can forecast what the end product will actually be.

Being that it's a mongrel you can't be entirely sure.  As small as a pug or as big as a beagle.
