How big does a yellow bellied turtle gets?

Bigger than a dinner plate, and if 11 and 3/8 is the record I should have kept the one that I caught years ago... or at least measured it... it had to have been a foot long, easy... had old healed up puncture wounds from a gator's catch-teeth on carapace and plastron, and it was no small gator, either.
