How big is Singapore?

i read that its 272 sq mi but how big is that? i only understand if you say "its the size of StLouis" ya know?

  1. Singapore is not just one island but a main island with 63 surrounding islets.Singapore's total land area,including that of the smaller islands,is 682.3 square kilometres (263 square miles,in relative size,it is about 3.5 times larger than Washington D.C.).


  2. lets say if u drive east-west....u can do it within 1.5hrs at 80km/h

    and north-south within 1 hr at the same speed...straight road, no jam...and i think i am being generous.....

    ps...me myself running out of roads to drive here....
