How big is a roll of ready rolled puff pastry when rolled out? ?

Its 375grams but want an idea of size when out

Its standard preprepared puff pastry. Is one sheet enough for 4 individual puff pastry tarts?

It will depend on the brand and the country you are in. It should say on the pack but it will be about 450mm (18').

That would be enough for 4, but buy an extra and if you don't need it freeze.

Generally that is big enough but don't despair when you roll it out and it is slightly too small....just roll it out a little bit more. It won't make any difference being slightly thinner.Also don't worry if you don't have a rolling pin as you can use a large clean jam jar or a cylindrical vase or anything roller shaped!!
