How big is a stomach?

is it true that your actual stomach is as big as your 2 fist put together? (im talking about your actual stomach, not the belly!)

A 'normal' stomach that hasn't been stretched out by years of over-eating should only be about the size of one of your fists.  However, my doctor and I had a discussion about bariatric patients and he told me that he frequently encounters obese people whose stomachs have expanded to about the size of two-litre bottles!  Unreal!
