    USA is 9.600,000km²

    Making Italy about 3.1% of the USA.  

    This falls to 1.4% if you total all of the N. American continent, bearing in mind Canada is the size of the USA and Italy combined at over 9.900,000km².

  6. No it's not 25%. That's a joke. If anything it's about 1%. Italy is no bigger than California and that takes up about 3-5% of the U.S.
