Was Godzilla an Iguana ? I thought he was a dinosaur, I know there was some nuclear c**p that happened.

Iguanas typically get around 6 feet long, some may exceed that a bit. Most of this length is made up by the tail.

Komodo dragons are the largest lizard in the world, but they DO NOT belong to the iguana family, they belong to the Varanid (monitor) family.

The salt water crocodile is the largest reptile, the reticulated python is the longest reptile.

well i don't know if the comodo dragon is part of the iguana family but there know to be the largest reptile

Do you mean "iguana" or lizard? The biggest iguana is probably 5 or 6 feet with it's tail.

Captive or wild? Mine was 6 1/2 ft with tail. I had to sell him when I left for college and that was 3or 4 years ago so hes probably atleast 7 ft.
