How big is the boot space on a vauxhall vectra?

Question

going camping in august and we need to hire bigger car than our renualt clio as we are taking three kids so do you think we could get all our gear into the boot of a vectra?got a good price of £150.00 for the vectra but anything bigger goes up quite sharply.

well when i had my vectra i coul fit in the boot without the back seats down, and i'm 5 ft 10 and nearly 20 stone. hope this gives you an idea lol

Vectras are quite spacious and should be sufficient. Where are you hiring the car from? When my car was being repaired (after an altercation with a Vectra actually!!) the insurance gave me a Chevrolet Lacetti from Enterprise. This is a similar size to a Vectra and the cost was £19 a day. They have many other cars in stock all at what I deemed to be reasonable prices. Though don't hire a Chevvy! Big dumb American cars not meant to corner!!! I think travelsupermarket.com have an option to find car rentals. I've put the enterprise website for you to have a look at.
