How big of a crew would it take to sail an 82' sail boat, like the JFA Atao?

so far i can random at a guess a crew of 2, but is 3 or more necessary?

4 people is ideal and that is what it is designed to be sailed with, but you could probably pull it off with 3 people if everyone is a competent sailor. The issue with 2 people is one person has to be skippering while the other person is left to do all the sail handling by themselves and there is a lot of sail on that boat.
