How big of a deal is it when your boyfriend tells you he loves you?

I have been in a relationship with my bf for 1.5 years and he told me he loved me the other day. We have practically lived together most of the time and just got back from a nice vacation together. He is 22, I am 24 and I was just wondering what he thinks of me when he tells me he loves me? (Am I his everything?) He also said that he has never felt this way about a girl before and that it kind of scares him because he is so young.

Sounds like puppy love...make sure he is not just saying that to get you into bed.

if he's saying that after a year and a half...that he's never felt that way before....count your blessings.  its a good kind of scare.  peace
