How big/old is the Universe?

There is a sphere of radiation 13.6 billion light years away which is centered on us, the Universe is said to be a few hundreds of thousands of years older than this. However to an observer 13 billion light years away from us, their Universe would extend for 13.6 billion light years outwards centered on them. extending our known Universe by 13 billion light years?
