10 - 20 gallons if you only have one gecko... if you have more mebbe a 40 gallon... make sure that it has a heating pad in oone area and a place to cool down too!

10 gallons would be suitable for 1.as long as you have hides in cool and hot locations.and the temp is ok.

20 gallon, DON'T use a 10 gallon, even for a baby. You will not be able to give him a cool spot and could overheat the gecko in a 10 gal. Think about it, would you cool off if you tank goes from 100 to 90 degrees for a cool spot. In a 20 gal you can get a side to be near 100 and the other closer to 80, so he can cool off somewhat. I learned it the hard way and I don't want to see it happen to anyone else.

10 gallon is the minimum for 1 but i would say a 15-20 gallon would be better.
