i raised a frog from a tadpole in an aquarium. I want to let it back go into my pond, but will he get eaten? He is a bit tiny, so i don't want him to die.

  1. it will definitely die.  since you took it from the wild it has not had to learn to deal with predators or find its own food. you should never take animals from the wild or release animals into the wild. if you want a pet go to the store and buy it if you don't want it anymore tough, it is your responsibility to provide that animal with a adequate home for the rest of its life

  2. once his tail is almost gone then you dont have to worry about him getting eaten cause his tail will grow in and he will hop away happily :D or you could wait untill he is a real frog and watch him jump away yourself!!

  3. as big as you want it to be just put in the environment that frog naturally belongs in.
