Medic Java is the best. It is just the right amount holistic (about 25%), and the financial aid packages are fairly generous for Indonesia. Avoid Medicas Madrassias in Jakarta. It is too doctrinaire in religious matters IMHO.

Try the Swiss-German University in Jakarta. My friend is currently enrolled, and so far she said it has a well-structured academic schedule.
