They are gonna win the Stanley cup again this year.  They only lost Hasek...but he didn't play at all in the playoffs.  Yea and signing Hossa helped even more.

No offense, but this forum has covered that signing until we were blue in the face! It was a great off season for the Wings, but do you expect anything other than that with Holland around.....

Too bad you still have a gorilla for a mayor. Outside of playing for one of the murder capitals in the world and begging your citizens to smile at night in order to see them how bout them red wings?

umm who cares i hope they get bounced in the first round, my heart wants that to happen but my brain knows it won't happen.

I don't know how they managed to afford all these amazing players with the cap.

You can pretty much pencil them in for another cup this season, although Hossa will probably be gone next year.

   Yeah,

    We will see how hungry they are... On paper they look as good if not better than last year... However the short summer, less division play we will see if they actually are better. I say they will still be a top 3 team.. but someone else will step up and be top dog!
