How breathable are surf rashguards? Could I wear one comfortably while cycling?

I know they are made for surfing and other water sports, but I would love to wear something like a rashguard while cycling for manageable UV protection.

dont they make bike shirts that are like rashguards? all the bike dudes sport them where i live. they have bottle holders on the back of them. grab one of those.

No, not too breathable. They make you sweat while just walking to the beach. I'm pretty sure that there are better alternatives with long sleeves and UV protection made for cycling.

They have tight spandex shirts and shorts for bikers. Try those.
