Interesting question. In short to create a peaceful world, you will first create peace within. This means having the wisdom to know that:

If you take the easy road you will be weak and will find every road tough, but if you take the tough road you will be strong enough that every road will be easy to travel.

So we must embrace pain and problems as part of life and as something positive to help you attain the courage, strength and wisdom needed to be at peace.

It will mean that we must accept the freedom of choice of those who don't have peace within as peace can never be found through force of any kind.

This means that as long as there is people who seek to run from their problems and not taking responsibility for their actions there will not be peace on this planet.

However you may find inner personal peace with will make the world livable while the rest of the idiots kill eachother off, and then you can hope that eventually you may have the wisdom to leave the planet, or be happy despite the problems...perhaps the fortune will be that eventually the killing will cause others to be stronger and seek inner peace, or that only the peaceful will survive the killings, and so peace will at last be found on earth.

Its a great question and a worthy cause. But when you know what it takes to achieve this you come to realize that peace on earth will not be something we will see in the near future.

I hope you get to experience a peaceful world. As long as there are people like you and my who ponder these questions and work for a better world, there is hope that it may be achieved :)
