How busy is Cabo in October? Will there be a lot of people there or only during spring break?

No, there won't be many people by that time.... it's low season and another positive factor is that the risk of having a hurricane come by is very low. Weather will still be nice.

I don't think Cabo is crowded even during spring break -- a bit too expensive for students to afford.....

It will be perfect, enough people so when you go out the clubs and bars wont feel empty, and not so over crowded that you cant move or all the prices are jacked up. Resorts and places are anxious for your money so things will be priced right. Also in October are some of the big fishing tournaments like the Bisbees Marlin tournament, this is a big money tournament so it brings in a lot of people, not like spring break though.  The tournaments are fun to be around but if you want to casual fish avoid the tourney dates. Have fun

In won't be busy at all. There will be people, but not enough to have you wait 5 minutes for a drink anywhere. It is busy up until August, then it's hurricanes and lots of tropical storms after summer. So if you are planning on going, you will save a lot of money but take an umbrella, ella, ella, ella.......(d**n that song!)

Hola.  October is okay, but not crazy busy.  Most of the tourists come from dec-mar, but then we get the spring break crowds,  it gets busier around the mexican holidays, and of course the american/canadian holidays.  I find the weekends are busier than ever, because alot of people from LA fly down for the weekend to party.  Its not that far away, and most have private planes and second homes in cabo.

It's starting to get pretty busy, but it's definitely not crowded. There is not as much people in the streets like in spring break but you'll probably find a lot at the resorts just relaxing.
