How ca i input dates on ms exel faster ? ?

I need to make worksheet and input the date in a column in sequence it's there a way to just input the beginning date and exel will input the rest.

  1. enter a date in a cell

    put your mouse over the bottom right corner of the cell (you'll see it change to a + sign).  Right click and drag the cell .  Let go when you get as far as you want and a menu will pop up.  You can have excel complete the series based on days, weeks, month, years.  Or you can select "series" options and customize it (such as every 10 days, etc)


  2. hi just enter your first date, click and hold on the right hand bottom corner and drag down it will populate the dates, if you want a different succession enter the first two select both and do the same as above
