I know for T-Mobile you need to sent it to your MyT-Mobile Album (which should be an option for the pic), then access the website and download it from there

if you have pix messaging, email it to yourself and save it on your computer.  there's a lot of ways to do it - i think that's the easiest.

your phone should of came with a usb connecting plug

you plug this into your phone the usb end into your computer

on your phone click file transfer
