  1. learn to spell muscles


  2. I would suggest you wait about 10 years or so and not only will you have mustles you might be able to spell them

  3. workout. simple as that.

    do crunches, sit ups, pull ups. anything to build muscle.

    and then do cardio like running to get rid of any extra fat on your stomach so the muscle can show through.

    but trust me, at your age, you shouldn't worry about it.

    just be a kid. have fun. don't worry about it.


  4. first run, push ups or other stuff so you can stay active and by age 14,15 you will start by noticing them.

  5. dont do any weight exercises or else you wont grow

    start with weight when you are around 14 or 15

    for now use your own body as resistance by doing:

    1. pushups (regular, with your hands wider apart, and with your hands closer together)

    2. situps with your legs up off the ground and your knees bent at a 45 degree angle

  6. You don't.

    You sit back and enjoy your childhood and worry about muscles when you learn how to spell it properly, which should be in about 6-10 years from now.
