How can 11 year old get a hard stomach???? NEED HELP ?

okay i have 2 problems i need to get rid of my skin on my stomach and make it hard and i need abs

I am 11 year old almost 12 girl and i need abs i need to get rid of some skin on my stomach PLEASE HOW DO I DO IT

    this is why our society has so many image problems

    is because youngins like you  have nothing to worry about

    but when you are like 40-50 and are having heart problems then thats something legit to worry about.

    unless you are going to be the next tyra banks,

    get over it

  5. well, are you fat? First, if you want abs, you gotta have a diet with carbohydrates, like pasta and fish and meat, and eat apples and bananas and drink milk. But only use this diet when you are working out. My advice is run 5 minutes a day, incrasing the time by 2 minutes every day, keeping a steady solid pace, and after each run try to do fifty situps. after a week of fifty situps try to do a hundred a day, then a hundred and fifty, and keep goin till u can do 500 with ease, and then try situps with ur feet off the ground. another alternative to situps is lying flat on a ground, and lifing ur feet 6 to 10 inches off the ground, hands to the side, not under you. usually i do both. I have a secret to getting hard abs and it is a little extreme, so you do not have to do it, but after doing twenty five situps, hit urself really hard on the stomach, and abs area, kind of like a slappy hit so it turns all red and sore, and after a week you may find urself punching urself as hard as you can and not having it hurt. One more thing is to swim alot and practice holding ur breath, this increases ur chest muscles, hope i helped

    ur tooo young for exercise ...

    if ur fat.(which i doubt). its probz just puppy fat

  9. You are WAY too young to be worrying about that.  Oh my God!  Just be an active kid.  Go jogging, play on a trampoline, go swimming. You'll get in shape by having fun doing those things. I can't believe you're worried about your abs "being tight" at 11 years old. Please don't focus on those things...it's a waste of your time.

  10. girls don't get abs, unless they are on steroids. Best you can do is abs workout... work work work.

  11. The basic exercises such as sit-ups, crunches, wall-sits, pull-ups, and even push ups. You would be surprised I think push ups gets the job done the fastest and easiest. Good Luck! :)

  13. if you want your abs ripped here's how you do it (at such a young age) crunches, reverse crunches, back extensions (to balance you out), side bends, then run and watch your calories.

    i do agree though you're awfully young to worry about that kinda noise but with the american obesity rate here i'm all for fitness.
