Okay. Second time I'm asking this. I'm sticking it in another category, because the other people weren't very nice about it. So, please, answer the question, hypothetically, and act like you don't think I'm stupid.

First of all, is it possible for them to find peace? I mean, they've been ravaged by the European colonies, and you know that we haven't been doing anything to help. So, are they screwed, and do we just need to let them kill eachother? Or, can we actually help them find peace?

Also, the we isn't really... we. It's more how can Africa help Africa. Just so you know.

  1. Africa can't help Africa!

If Bill Gates, Roman Abramovic and the sjeik of Kuwait gave half of their fortune, Africa would be saved!

If they had that money, they could get good education and learn good values and they would be saved!

But we all know that won't happen...

  2. To me, the only way to mollify the problem is to teach the children.  A good education will eventually allow the general populace to grasp the concept that they need to be productive and to contribute to the society as a whole, rather than being satisfied with sustaining only themselves or their immediate family.

They must throw off the weight of illiteracy which compels them to perceive reality at the base level of survival, rather than understanding the unlimited potential that is theirs for the taking; but, only if they can become literate and understanding of the nuances of the modern world.
