How can America give this so-called aid to other countries when they are 9 Trillion dollars in debt?

That's like me borrowing money I dont have and lending it to someone who needs it, when I clearly cant pay the loan off.

FYI: Its actually worse than that. Total US debt is like $88 trillion. Most of it is built up because of the service (No more than consumerism) economy which represents 2/3 of the US economy.

There's always a reason: maybe the country they are lending to has oil, minerals, water and other valuable commodities.

If a country grows and expands as a result of the aid, the people from that country can then go and spend their increasing income on American goods and services.
