How can Bristol Palin be Sarah Palin's son's actual mother?

I'm hearing that they're rumors that Sarah Palin is actually grandmother to her youngest son. And can someone explain this to me? Bristol is pregnant now, 5 months, due in December. If she was the mother of Sarah's youngest son, who was born in April, how can she already be 5 months pregnant? If people can't count, she would have had to gotten pregnant in February or March. So how can you be giving birth AND be a month or 2 pregnant with another child? Wow, what people will come up with!

Or am I missing something?

its a ploy to deflect attention away from people thinking that she is the grandmother. so she says that her daughter is pregnant (5 mos.).

I would have to agree with Boo and Hippy on this one.  Even without all of these allegations (which I happen to believe are true) she is not the best choice and unfortunately for McCain, his choice for VP just may lead to his loss.  And as far as the baby thing goes everyone should see through all of Palin's bullcrap.  On Nightline they stated that she hid her pregnancy.  Now why would a grown married woman with 4 kids already, want to "hide" her pregnancy.  Do they actually think we are that dumb?

We don't really have any proof that Bristol Palin is pregnant right now. I say expect a conveniently timed 'miscarriage' in a couple weeks or so.

Who gives a ****? I mean honestly......the Libs know that McCain turned the tables big time and their only retort is to try and dig up stuff about her family and then make up dumb rumors.

I mean, I thought the left wing agenda couldn't be any more distasteful but to say her teenage daughter birthed a baby with down syndrom is just cruel and borderline disgusting.

Her daughter is seventeen and is pregnaunt now and is going to get married...leave it at that please.

That's not our business. Our business is how she will help lead our country not her own household.

Well, the daughter may not be as far along as claimed, and the son could be older than claimed.

All this can be resolved via  a Birth Certificate, which ought to be produced for all to see.

She's a lousy choice for V.P. even without the allegations that she lied about her grandson and falsified legal documents to disguise his real birth mother. She fired the head of the library for upholding freedom of access, she fired another official for refusing to fire her ex-brother-in-law, she has been a member of a party that favours Alaska's secession from the United States (and her husband is still a member of that party), she has no government experience other than as mayor of a small town and governor (for two years) of one of the most backwater states in the union, she has lied about her support for the notorious "Bridge to Nowhere."

She may not be as far along as they are saying.  There is a timeline of when she supposedly gave birth to trig, and things just don't match up.  She was 7 1/2 months pregnant with a baby she knew has downs sydrome-is in Texas to give a campaign speach when her water breaks at 4 am that morning.  She waits and gives the speach anyway, even though she's leaking amniotic fluid and never actually goes to the dr even though you should because of the risk of infection(keep in mind this is a 44 year old women who's water breaks at 7 1/2 months on a high risk pregnancy).  

Does she go to the hospital? NO!  she gave her speech, flew to Seattle (when your not even supposed to fly that late in the pregnancy, especially when your in labor!), waits for her layover, flys to Anchorage-still doesn't go to the hospital, drives an additional 45 minutes to there home town where she supposedly then gives birth-22 1/2 HOURS LATER.

Thing is, there is no record of her giving birth at that hospital and her family Dr isn't on the staff there either!  She didn't announce this pregnancy until she was 7 months along, yet didn't have a noticable baby bump-but if you look at a picture of her daughter during this time, the daughter does have a bump.

We all might be missing something here.  Or not.  Here is what we do know: 1) Trig Palin was born on April 18. 2) Bristol Palin is now pregnant.  How far along is she?  Only her doctor knows.

Rather than gossip about the details of Mrs. Palin's family life, shouldn't we be discussing her experience and where she stands on the issues?

Well, it was reported when she was first named as the VP nominee that she had been tested when she was pregnant and told that the baby was going to have Downs Syndrome.  Surely the doctors know who they ran the tests on.  That should be proven easily enough, although none of this should be an issue.  The media is starting all these rumors because they are backing Obama.  They are trying to bury Sarah Palin and I think it will back fire on them.  I like her and I think she is a great addition to the ticket.
