How can Graboid video be legal?

How can Graboid be legal if it has movies that haven't even come out on DVD, and are still in theaters on it?

Im not sure but it might be that they are already out in the USA so are put on over there

If you are just downloading, rather than uploading and sharing, then it doesn't matter if it's legal or not. The Recording Industry Association of America has never once filed a suit against a downloader. The RIAA is deliberately spreading disinformation about what it is they are really doing and the press are unwitting accomplices because they are too stupid to know the difference. If you aren't uploading and sharing, then the RIAA doesn't even know that you are out there.

THE BOTTOM LINE IS THIS: Being that it clearly states on Graboid that their service is 100% LEGAL, and if it turns out that this statement is untrue,  This means that Graboid mislead the consumer [you] under false pretenses, and the blame as to whom is truly responsible lies within the Graboid Website Developers.

So it is my FIRM belief, that you CAN NOT and WILL NOT be charged with any illegal activity on Graboid.
