How can I Bluetooth files from my Sprint Blackberry Curve??

Just got this phone yesterday and the guy PROMISED I could use Bluetooth to transfer files between carriers but it's not working.

Any help, maybe I just need to change a setting.

Yes, you can do this. In order to receive files via Bluetooth you will go to Media > Music/Ringtones/Pictures/Videos. Press the menu key then select Receive Using Bluetooth. Then copy the file from other phone.
