I am Caucasian, white. I saw a picture of an asian girl and he skin was whitish/tanish, but how do they get their skin so clear and smooth looking? (My face is pretty clear, I am NOT covered in zits, lol)

well get a nice tan. And use moisturizers to make it look and feel smooth and healthy. Most Asians have really nice complexions and are a good sized weight.

that's pretty stereotypical. not all asians are like that, and you should specify what about her "asian" skin you like. Is it that it's clear or the color? Maybe you should get a race change.

Exfoliate!!!! Wash your face with only mild mild face washes, and don't overwash it! Mousturize A LOT

if you mean clear skin then cleanse, tone, moisturise, exfoliate and protect from sun damage.

if by "looking asian" you mean skin tone, then i dont think you will ever acheive that. you are who you are.
