I want to be a Navy Diver and i'm 16 years old buti'm training so when I turn 20 years old I can be in superior shape. Right now I can do 50 crunches in exactly 2 minutes. 6 perfect pullups. and about 27 pushups nonstop. And I run 1 mile and a half in 10 minutes I know i'm at the minimum for everything but I want to be better than the minimum except in the pushups I need at least 42. But still can someone help me on a good routine?

  1. try this

  2. start out by runnim 3 miles a day, then swim 2 miles every other day...

  3. Become vegan or at least a vegetarian.

    Sware by it.

  4. keep running and keep doing push-ups and what your doing...just increase a little bit every time u do them and by the time your 20...u be a ****** trooper

  5. do the 100 push ups workout at hundredpushups.com; It'll take a few weeks though

  6. Just keep practicing. You are pretty much on the right track. But if you want to be ND, I'd suggest adding swimming into your routine. But remember, being a great swimmer does not mean that you will be a great diver. I almost fail out of the Dive School. Also, go to this website: http://www.military.com/military-fitness...
