Question:

How can I NOT get sore!!?? HELP!?

So I workout regularly, but ive been pretty lazy lately and I havent gone for like 3-4 weeks =0

So I just got back from the gym, and I did some pretty intense workouts, now I'm pretty sure ima get sore tomorrow. Is there anyway I can beat this and not be sore? Or be less sore??

  1. Try to stretch a little so the pain goes away.

    Don't do any rigor exerises..

    try to rest and warm water to relax the muscles..


  2. take an ice bath tonight and it will help

  3. eat a few bananas  

  4. bathe in cold or even ice water. i think you should not workout so intensely. try working your way up. like one day do maybe 10 minutes on less intense workouts. the next day 15 minutes and maybe a little more intense then the first day. on the third day 20 minutes and a little more intense. and so on. just don't work out so much at once.
