I eat excellent during the week, work out real good also, but that all goes out the window when I relax on the weekend with a little bit of greens. I mean full on non stop eating to where my stomach feels like it will pop!

Does anybody have any good tips to fighting Munchies?

  1. Try a mixed bag of sugarsnap peas and baby carrots to snack on during the whole trip, or a big meal prior to relaxing.

  2. Drink juice, a lot

  3. whenever you "puff" dont be near food ?????  wen i puff, my munchies arent that bad..

  4. I'm guessing that you're not actually hungry, you just enjoy the sensation of eating. That's how it is for me. You'd probably be just as satisfied if you drank some sparkling water because it feels really cool in your mouth. Or get a lollipop or something else that takes a long time to eat.

  5. I have the same problem.  I try to eat foods that are difficult and take time to eat like sunflower seeds or hard candy, gum is also really helpful.  Soups are also a good idea, as long as they're not a cream-based soup.  I don't know how outrageous your cravings are, but it is possible to OD on foods and drinks, so be careful.

  6. I think s****. answer still holds here... it's the sensation of eating, and 'livelyness' of flavors....  I'm sure there is some scientific reason, but it's beyond me.

Apples with peanut butter was always my big problem.

    Good luck.

Or chedder crackers (any kind)... yuuuuuuuum.
