How can I Start a small car dealership?

I want to know how can i start or what do i need to start a used car dealership? Around how much money would be enough to start it? What things do i need to know about to be good at it to start?

You'll need a business license as well as a property or lot to sell from.  You'll need an inventory of cars to sell ( a bigger selection means more money up front but it also means that you're more likely to generate foot traffic as a large selection of vehicles brings in more people looking/buying ), a staff of sales people as well as possible administrative staff if you want a larger place.  A licensed technician on staff would also help with the inspection and reconditioning of vehicles before they go on sale.  You could make a deal with a local garage to do this for you as well.  The same goes with a lot/clean-up person.  You could either hire someone to do this or outsource your clean up to a local detailing shop.

I'm sure there is more but that is what I can think of at the top of my head.

Have you done some business with an used car dealer lately (bought a used car)??  They lie.  They cheat. And they lie some more.
