How can I a six pack and a stronger core ? but with out dieting.?

I'm a skinny person . I have a fast metabolism. I just want to get stronger . I'm looking for a very good answer .

  1. If you want to get stronger, and want a strong core, there are exercises that you can do without even going to the weight room.

    First, even though you are in shape, I would still suggest going for a run or bike ride every other day, which will help your core.  Also, do some push ups every once in a while to gain strength. Go for 10-12 at a time and do 4 sets.

    Next, make sure you work all parts of your abs.  Sit ups usually just work upper abs. To work your lower abs, try a reverse crunch.

    Also, make sure you work your obliques (Side Muscles) You can do this by twisting to the side.

    If you dedicate about 20 minutes a day to doing stomach exercises you'll be seeing results after a week, I promise.
