How can I able to make my website at the top of search results?

I have a website, <www.karshnivanaspati.in> The site is all about plants. Each page is for one species of plant with photographs. When I type my name, Swami Karshni Naresh, for search, the search engine displays my site. But, when I try the species names of plants displayed in my site, the particular pages are not being displayed. what is the reason for that? How I can include my website pages also for display while searching?

hit &amp; open it at least 30x a day....the search engines cruising the net will notice it and move it up.
